Mgbechikwere Nana Nwachukwu is a legal consultantto whose interest in the Internet has led her in various directions, ranging from managing e-business platforms, using social media for advocacy, advocating for a secure Internet both for the State and the citizen, to speaking loudly against plagiarism and cyber harassment.
Nana holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from Abia State University Uturu, B.L. degree from the Nigerian Law School and LL.M in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
She is a founding partner at Conoveau Services, an IT consulting firm that focuses on content provision, curating and distribution. She also consults for various organisations/individual clients.
She currently serves on the Legislative Research Team of the Honorable Member representing Ijesa North Federal Constituency of Osun State, Nigeria. She also serves as the Company Secretary/Registrar for Lead British International Schools Limited.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association and ITechLaw. Nana is TechHer’s Legal Counsel.
Her research interests lie in Internet governance, impact and benefit agreements, and sustainable environmental governance policies.
